Here another amazing route of central Switzerland. Starting in Wädenswil you follow the easy elevation uphill direction Samstagern. The way up to Hütten is a bit steeper. The segment up to Gottschalkenberg is the most difficult part of the route. On the top you take the way direction Ratenpass. There you find a small and quite easy skiing area. From there you can enjoy a wonderful 20 kilometer long downhill run via Rothenthurm and Sattel to Schwyz. In Schwyz I was amazed by the paintings on the city hall, the house of Jerusalem and Reding house. Was wondering why they present their warriors in a feminized way. Probably in order to celebrate sexual segregation to increase cooperation, social bonding and to avoid sublimination, as I read recently. Only knew Shakespeare’s heroic mother figures till then.
